Bullying Within the Schools
I was watching the news the other day and there was this lady in Ohio that was going around to the schools talking about bullying. She was conducting small seminars to help the young adults to know that bulling was not the way. I stand in applause for this woman. There is to much bullying within the school system and nothing is being done about it. My daughter was a victim of bullying in the second grade. She was locked in the girls bathroom stall with another girl that was giving out threats and would not let her out. When she went to the teacher of the situation the teacher asked the little girl if she did it and she of course said no. Teacher said "well if I did not see it then I cannot do anything about it". I tried to take action and nothing was done. I went to the higher up to get a transfer for my child and was brought in by the principle to be ridiculed for not talking to her, which I did but she said she took care of it (not). Bullying is nothing to let go, if your child is being bullyed at school please take the time to do something. This bullying affects their education, soical environment, self-esteem, and self-concept. Rid the world of bullying.
